Spiritual Care
University Community Hospital–Carrollwood recognizes that spiritual needs are an important part of a patient’s total health care and recovery. Patients and their families and friends may want to discuss difficult issues regarding health, or may want the spiritual support offered by our hospital Chaplains. The nursing staff and hospital volunteers can assist in arranging a visit from the patient’s own pastor or rabbi. A non-denominational chapel is located on the first floor of the Medical Arts Tower.
