Our Mission
University Community Hospital–Carrollwood (UCH–C) is a not-for-profit community hospital network, strategically represented throughout the Tampa Bay Metropolitan Area, that provides high quality, personalized and compassionate care to its patients and community. Through its dedication to performance improvement, safety, rigorous self-assessment, corporate integrity and service management, the hospital network is committed to being the preeminent provider of inpatient and outpatient health care services for the residents of Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas and surrounding areas.

Our Vision
The UCH–C network will offer a continuum of care through a comprehensive delivery network for its community. UCH–C will be the provider of choice for its patients, its payors, its physicians and its general public.

Our Values
The UCH–C network is strongly committed to a successful partnership with its medical staff for the benefit of the patient. The hospital promotes an interdisciplinary philosophy to achieve greater results through teamwork. Participants include employees, physicians, clinicians, administration and board members. This collaborative approach is designed to provide safe, comprehensive and quality patient care.
