University Community Hospital–Carrollwood offers comprehensive medical and surgical care, as well as a number of specialized services.  This 120-bed facility, located at 7171 North Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa, has undergone extensive growth and renovation.  It features one of the most advanced 24-hour emergency facilities in the area.  It also features a five-story, 73,000 square-foot Medical Arts Tower that houses a retail pharmacy, ancillary services, administrative offices, a gift shop, lobby space, a complete six-suite surgery area for both inpatient and outpatient surgical services and leased office space for physicians.

A wide range of radiological procedures are available for diagnosis and treatment of injuries and illnesses.  The facility offers diagnostic imaging from x-rays to ultrasound, mammography, nuclear medicine, CT Scan and special procedures.  Advanced technology is available in the surgical services area for gynecologic, vascular surgery and joint replacement procedures.  Comprehensive recovery facilities are also available including Intensive Care and Progressive Care units.
